His experience covers business development and relationship management in a broad spectrum of customer profiles, business strategy formulation and implementation, change management, business transformation and human resource performance optimization.

Ike has over 15 years of cumulative experience in investment management, capital markets and investment banking having worked in the leading discount house group in Nigeria, First Securities Discount House Limited (FSDH), the pioneer asset management company in Nigeria, Asset & Resource Management Company Limited (ARM) and the investment banking and asset management subsidiary of one of the largest financial services institutions in Africa, Zenith Capital Limited. He has garnered invaluable experience in business strategy formulation and successfully applied this experience by pioneering new and successful asset management businesses in mid-sized and large sized financial institutions.
